Where can I purchase Hair and Beyond? Basically we are based in Jakarta, However, we currently operate online based. Kindly check our social media platforms (@hairandbeyond) as well as online shop platforms such as this Website, Shopee, Tiktokshop for purchasing our products.

You may also subscribe to our newsletter to get our special deals even faster! Uhm. we also provide free shipping for orders above 50K IDR, yeay!

Product

Can I combine the product with other haircare brands? Yes, Since our first product hair mask is made with natural ingredients to help getting your hair silkier, smoother, shinier and healthier in rapid way, you may combine our hair mask with your favorite shampoo which work on your hair.

Is Hair and Beyond product suitable for all hair types? Indeed! We create our product by research on Indonesian women common hair conditions'. Well known for its tropical weather and your busy schedule, whatever your hair type, color and conditions are, you deserve healthy, shiny hair all the time!

 Do I need to wash my hair first to apply the product or dry is fine? You are able to apply our hair mask both in wet or dry condition in the packaging attached to get the best result.

I have tried once, but it doesn't work to my hair at all. What should I do? We are truly sorry  for your condition. Please take a note that haircare effects on hair takes a little while like you wear skincare on you face. Please give it sometimes and put more attention to the recommended usage and do not put more or less to have the expected result rapidly.

Shipping and Returns

Which country do you ship to? Currently we are only actively selling in Indonesia only. We receive shipment to all across districs  in Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. Please choose your shipment carefully.

May I return my order? You may return our product if it is still sealed and unused seven (7) days since you receive the package. Please contact our support team through WhatsApp or message directly on our social media account @hairandbeyond.
